1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using 8Flow Automation ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Credits and Usage

The Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed when utilizing our AI engines (e.g., Video Lab, Web Architect). Credits do not roll over indefinitely and are subject to the terms of your specific subscription tier.

3. Refund Policy & AI Failures

Due to the unpredictable nature of generative AI, occasional generation failures may occur. Our system is designed to automatically refund your credits if a task completely fails or crashes. However, we do not offer cash refunds for completed generations that you subjectively dislike. Subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle has begun.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to generate illegal, harmful, highly explicit, or maliciously deceptive content. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these guidelines or attempt to abuse our API endpoints.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the content you generate using 8Flow Automation. We claim no ownership over the videos, PDFs, or websites produced by your account.
